Q -- How long will my orders be sent
A-- It will need 2--3 days to handle the shipping. (Conversion parts from Model Legend may take up to 5--8 days to prepare shipping, in some case of factory delay the time will be long. )
Q--- How long will my orders arrive
Q--- What is the after sale service
A--- There is very small chance that some of the kits may have missing parts
Or some of the parts are not produced correctly (The plastic is not fully injected)
The chance is small with the Chinese Brand now with improving on the quality control
If your order has the a defective parts or missing parts, please contact us.
We will TRY our best to contact the facrory for Replacement parts -- some factory is not responding for parts, we will try to buy from second hand market
And if we get the parts ,will be send along with your next purchase order, since the factory has been very avoding the issue of replacement parts, it will be a waiting for parts for we will need to get them from second hand market.
It will be better to check the parts before assembling
Q--About tax and delcare value
A-- USA buyer will always be free of tax. Other country, we will usually declare the MG kits at $15-$18 , and PG kits at about $30-$40 . It is not our responsibltiy for any possible tax from the destination country, since the tax are eventually going back to your national social welfare such as medicine and educations.
Q--About Pre Order and In stock kit
A-- If one order containts both Pre order and in stock item, we will send out the IN STOCK items with one shipment first.
